Zhejiang Dehong Carbon Fiber Composite Material Co., Ltd. is a technology-driven manufacturer based in the China-Singapore Industrial Park, Jiashan County, Jiaxing City, Zhejiang Province. Founded in December 2021, Dehong is led by a core team that has worked in the carbon-carbon composite industry for more than a decade, and that team has developed its own processes, equipment, and production lines.
The products listed here, including crucible holders, heaters, insulation felt, structural plates, and preforms, are engineered and produced in-house. They serve crystal growth, vacuum heat treatment, braking systems, and new energy applications. Dehong holds Zhejiang Province “Little Giant” enterprise status.
Every part on this page is engineered and produced end to end in Dehong's own workshops. Nothing is assembled from third-party components.
Our dedicated team covers technology R&D, production, quality management, and sales. The R&D group brings together engineers in composite materials, textile engineering, and mechanical design, with hands-on experience in crystal-growth thermal fields. They can design and upgrade a thermal field directly for the end customer.
Dehong runs a complete set of connected in-house workshops: preform, hot-press, heat-treatment, and machining. Because no step is outsourced, we can deliver fully customized parts quickly, from preforms through to finished components.
Carbon/carbon composite, thermal insulation material, and graphite processing divisions work under one roof. Photovoltaic, semiconductor, and vacuum furnace customers can source a complete set of thermal field parts, such as insulation hard felt, from a single supplier.
We cooperate with Wuhan Textile University, Tianjin University of Technology, and Beihang University, pairing academic research in weaving and densification with our own field experience. All molding equipment is self-developed and protected by patents, including PECVD carrier plates that replace imported alternatives.
